בבית האבות "גיל הזהב" הוחלט לצרף לכל דייר איש קשר שדרכו משפחות הדיירים יוכלו לקבל מידע עדכני על מצבו הבריאותי של הדייר ועל תוכניות הבידור והאירועים בבית האבות. איש הקשר הוא דייר בבית האבות שהתנדב לתפקיד זה. לשם כך פותחו שלוש המחלקות הבאות: Person, Contact, Test.

המחלקה Person מתארת דייר:
